How do I contact someone about my order?

Please be sure to add your Order # and email associated with your purchase so that we may better assist you.

Why haven't I gotten any emails?

- If you have not received any emails from us, please check your spam folder and any other email accounts you may own as well as the email associated with your Paypal (Only if this was the Payment method that was selected). Every order gets both an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email.

What is the processing time for my order?

- Orders typically take 1 business days to process. After this time no edits can be made to the order.

Can I edit/change my order?

- We work diligently to process all incoming orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed no edits can be made to the order.

We do not pay for return shipping.

How can I find my order number?

- Your order number will be enclosed in the order confirmation email. This email is sent to the email provided on the purchase or the email associated with PayPal (If Paypal was the payment method selected).

How do I place an order online?

- To add an item to your Shopping cart, simply click on "Add to Cart” from the product page.

- To view the items in your Shopping Bag click on the Shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

- To remove an item from your Shopping cart, click the quantity number located to the right of the product in your cart and update.

- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.

What is store credit?

- Store credit is credit that can be used to purchase products on our store, these store credit codes only cover the cost of goods, not shipping costs.


Do you ship worldwide?

- Yes! You can place your order from anywhere! :)

How do I know if my package is on the way?

- You will have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to the email you provided during the purchase, please allow 24-48 hours from receiving this email for the tracking information to update.

My package is being returned to sender, what does that mean?

- If your tracking information shows that it is being returned to sender the package was refused at the time of delivery, unable to deliver to the address provided, or the item was damaged in transit. Once we receive the package back at our facility someone from our team will reach out to you and try to solve the issue of why it was being returned to sender.

I entered the wrong shipping details, what do i do?

- Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. We are unable to allow any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If your order is marked as "returned to sender", we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $5 USD.

How long will it be until I receive my order?

- Due to high demand and the viral nature of our products, you will receive your order in 7-19 business days.


I received a faulty/damaged product what should I do?

- If you received a defective, damaged or faulty item, picture proof of the defective or faulty item must be submitted no later than 7 days after receiving the package.


Can I return or exchange my product?

How do I request a refund?

- Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees apply and must be approved by one of our agents. We do not issue refunds for items that are on backorder. Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase
